One Pot Cottage Cheese Noodles with Bacon
12 oz. of your favorite noodles (egg noodles work best)
1/4 cup butter or margarine
1/2 cup pre-cooked bacon (fresh is better, but for this recipe's sake, have some already made up)
16 oz. cottage cheese
2 oz. fresh mozzarella
Pepper to taste
parmesan cheese, opt.


Cook noodles to your liking in a large sauce pan. Strain noodles and set aside.

Using the same pot, add the butter, bacon, cottage cheese and pepper. Heat ingredients on medium-low heat. After heating, add noodles and mozzarella; then stir thoroughly.

Sprinkle with parmesan cheese (if desired).
