Macaroni and eggs
Easy, cheap and delicious!
2 cups elbow macaroni
2-3 large eggs
4 T. butter
2 T. milk
salt to taste
pepper to taste
Parmasean Cheese (Optional)


Make Elbows according to package directions, drain and set aside in large serving bowl. Add 3 T. butter, season to taste with salt and pepper. Set aside. Meanwhile, crack open eggs in a bowl, add milk, a pinch of salt and pepper and scramble with fork or wisk. Put scrambled eggs into non-stick frying pan and cook over medium heat until done, breaking up eggs with spatula. Add scrambled eggs to the elbows and mix. Sprinkle with cheese if desired.
Preparation Time: 20 min. Serves: 4-6
