Healthy Korean Rice with Beef and Greens for One
Rice with egg yoke with greens and roast beef.
1/2 cup Rice, preferably sushi rice or jasmine rice
3/4 +1 TBs Water
1 separated Egg Yolk
3 slices of thinly cut Roast Beef, chopped rough
1 Cup Fresh Spring Greens or Romaine
1 tsp Soy Sauce
1/2 tsp Sesame Seed Oil
1/2 tsp Chili Sesame Oil (Optional)
1/2 tsp Sesame seed

 

1. In a rice cooker or pot boil together rice and water.
2. When rice is finished, turn off burner or unplug rice cooker.
3. Separate 1 egg yolk and add it to the rice, stirring and separate with chop sitcks or a fork mixing lightly.
4. Move the rice into the bowl and serving dish.
5. Mix rice with chopsticks or a fork with Roast Beef chopped rough with the cup of Spring Greens, Romaine leaves, or Lettuce.
6. Garnish Soy sauce, sesame oil, chili oil, and sesame seeds.
