Greek Spinach Rice

6 cups cooked white rice
2 15oz. cans of spinach (undrained)
1 medium onion, chopped
1 15oz. can tomato sauce
1 small can tomato paste
1/3 cup olive oil
1 clove garlic, chopped
1 lemon, cut in half

Heat olive oil, onion, and garlic in a large fry pan till tender. Add tomato paste, tomato sauce, and spinach to the pan and simmer for 10 minutes. Stir the cooked rice into the pan, cover, and simmer on low for another 15 minutes. Squeeze lemon juice onto the rice and serve!
