Creamy Pasta Deluxe
Easy, Cheap & Richly Delicious Everytime |

1 clove garlic
1 sml tub sour cream
250g fetta cheese
300g sliced bacon
1/2 cup grated tasty cheese
1/4 cup milk
12 sliced mushrooms
1 Tbls. cornflour
fettucine for 4
|
Spray pan with cooking spray. Slice garlic and saute in a pan.
Add bacon and mushrooms and fry until cooked. Set aside.
Combine water, olive oil and salt in a pot, add pasta and boil.
Add milk to clean pan and stir in cornflour until paste is formed.
Add fetta and cheese. Simmer on low and stir unitl creamy. Remove from heat.
Add bacon and mushrooms. Allow to cool 1 minute.
Stir in sour cream.
Serve sauce on fettucine with a leafy green salad, crusty bread and a good wine.
