500G Fresh flat pasta
1 fresh leek
250G Bacon
1 cup chopped mushrooms
1 can evaporated milk (lowfat if you wish)
300ML Thickened Cream
Salt and pepper, to taste
2 hard boiled eggs


Heat a frying pan and cook chopped leek, bacon and mushrooms until soft.

Add cream and evaporated milk to the frying pan and bring to a high simmer.

Add salt and pepper, to taste. Reduce heat and simmer until thick. Add some cornflour, if needed, to thicken.

Chop eggs and add to the sauce at the end of the cooking time.

Cook the Pasta according to the package directions. Drain.

Add to the sauce and mix or serve the pasta in a bowl and serve the sauce on top.
