APPLE - PINEAPPLE PASTA
Preparation of pasta with apple and Pineapple
100 grams of Plain Pasta.
100 grams of small Pineapple pieces.
100 grams of peeled Apple pieces.
100 grams of All purpose flour.
75 grams of Butter.
6 Finely chopped Garlic pieces.
2 Cups Milk.
Salt to taste.
3-4 Drops of Pineapple Essence.

 

Adding 1 spoon of Butter, boil the Pasta in water until tender. Drain water and set the Pasta aside.

To a frying pan, add the butter and melt. Add the chopped garlic pieces and fry until the garlics turn brown. Add the all purpose flour and mix thoroughly and fry until the flour also turns brown.

Now slowly add milk string the ingredients continuously. The preparation should not be very thick or thin.

This is called the White Sauce.

To the above preparation add the Fruit pieces, cooked Pasta and a little amount of Salt. Cook for some time. Add Pineapple Essence just before removing the pan from the stove.

SERVE HOT.
