Matza balls
To Add to Any Kind of Soup
4 large eggs, beaten
6 Tbls. seltzer or club soda
1/4 cup vegetable oil
1 cup matza meal
salt and pepper

 

Mix eggs, seltzer, oil, salt, and pepper. Stir in matza meal. Refrigerate 4 hours. With wet hands, shape matzah balls. Add to boiling hot soup. Simmer matza balls about 15 minutes in soup.
