Masala Scrambled Egg
Scrambled eggs with a twist of spices
5 eggs
Oil
Sesame Seeds
Chilli Powder
Ground Pepper
Salt
Garam Masala (curry powder)

 

Crack the 5 eggs into a bowl and set aside.
Heat 2 tbsp of oil in a pan.
Add half a handful of sesame seeds and let it splutter for a minute.
Add 2 tsp of salt, 2 tsp of chilli powder, 1.5 tsp of garam masala and 1.5 tsp of the pepper.
Sauté it for 2-3 min.
Pour the eggs in it and sauté till the eggs are scrambled and absorb the spices.
The dish is complete! You can use it as a side dish or a main dish.
