Chhwela Wala
500 grams meat, boiled and cut into small chunks
2 tsp. salt, or to taste
1/2 Tbls. Chili
1/8 turmeric powder
1 tsp. cumin powder
1 Tbls. ginger paste
1 tsp. garlic paste
4 Tbls. oil
10 pods of garlic pods
1/2 tsp. fenugreek seeds


Take a bowl. Mix boiled, chunked meat, add salt, chili, cumin, ginger, and garlic paste and marinate well, adding 3 Tbls. of oil. Marinate well, cover for 3 minutes and keep aside. Heat a pan, add one Tbls. of oil, splitter fenugreek when it turns black, add garlic for 1 second with 1/8 tsp. of tumeric powder. Pour it over the marinated meat. Serve cold.
