Sweet Vermicelli
Vermicelli in milk and sugar
1. Vermicelli : 250 grams
2. Sugar : 350 grams
3. Condensed Milk : 1 cup
4. Grated coconut : 1/2 cup
5. Cashew nuts : 1/2 cup
6. Butter : 4 spoons
7. Milk : 1 liter
8. Cardamom powder : 1 spoon
9. Dry grapes : 1/2 cup


1. Add two spoons of butter to a
pan and fry the vermicelli to
slightly brown color.
2. Add remaining butter to the pan
and fry, first cashew and dry
grapes and then the grated
coconut powder.
3. Take milk in a thick bottomed
vessel and boil. Add vermicelli
and cook until the vermicelli is
done. Add coconut powder, sugar,
cashew nuts and dry grapes and
cook for some more time.

4. Add condensed milk and cardamom
powder just before removing the
vessel from the stove.

Serve hot or cold.
