Scottish Shortbread
5 oz butter
5 oz plain flour
2 1/2 oz cornflour
2 1/2 oz icing sugar

 

Knead all the ingredients together. Form into round or fingers. Bake at 300f or 149c (gas 1/2) for 50 minutes.
