SWEET RICE
Sweetened Rice With Fruits And Nuts
250 grams of Long Grain Rice.
250 grams of Clarifies Butter (Ghee).
50 grams each of Cashew nuts, Raisins, Almonds, Small seedless green and black Grapes and Seedless Dates.
150 grams of Sugar Powder.
1 Spoon Cardamom powder.

 

Wash the rice and cook in a pressure pan. Transfer the cooked rice into a wide plate. Add sugar powder and sufficient ghee while the rice is hot. Sugar powder melts easily. Mix well and add cardamom powder. Mix again and set aside.

Deep fry all the fruits and nuts in ghee and add to the sweetened rice.
Mix thoroughly and ....

SERVE HOT.
