Rice Pudding Supreme
So Easy -- So Quick - So Good!
2 cups Instant Rice
1 4oz. pkg. instant vanilla pudding
1 1/2 cups cold Milk
3/4 cup raisins
1 cup baby marshmellows
3/4 cup walnut pieces
1 tsp. vanilla extract
2 Tbls. Dark Brown Sugar
Ground Cinnamon for Garnish

 

Cook the minute rice and set aside.

Place pudding in a mixing bowl, add milk. Mix on medium speed about 3 minutes or until thickened.
Add rice, if cooled. Add nuts, raisins, marshmellows and vanilla. Mix well. Pour into 8 custard cups and top with cinnamon.

If you want to go fancy, top with a cherry.
