Pistachio Cream Cheese Dessert

1 cup flour
1/2 cup margarine
1/2 cup chopped nuts
3 Tbls. powdered sugar
8oz. cream cheese
2 8oz. cool whip
1 cup powdered sugar
2 small boxes pistachio pudding
2 1/2 cups milk
|
Mix first 4 ingredients and spread in 9x13 greased pan. Bake 10-15 minutes at 350 degrees.
Cream together cream cheese and powdered sugar, add one cool whip and spread on top of the crust. Mix 2 boxes instant pudding with the milk and pour on. Next top with 8 oz. of cool whip and refrigerate for 1 hour or till set.
