MILK PUDDING
Known as kova
2 liters of whole Milk.
500 grams of Sugar.
100 grams of Ghee (clarified butter).

 

Pour the Milk in to a thick bottomed and wide mouthed jar and boil on low flame.

Stir constantly so that the milk will not stick to the bottom of the vessel.

It is a very lengthy process and requires lot of patience.

When the quantity of milk is reduced to about 1/4th of of the original volume, add sugar and continue to stir.

Slowly the contents begin to solidify. Add ghee and mix thoroughly.

THE MILK SWEET IS READY.
