Lemon Mousse
The BEST and EASIEST Mousse Ever!!
1 cup nonfat regular yogurt
1 can sweetened condensed milk
1 lemon

 

Beat condensed milk for about 3-4 minutes.

Stir in yogurt and beat for another 3-4 minutes.

Stir in lemon juice and beat for 1 minute.

Cool in refrigerator for at least 4 hours (the more time, the better!)

When serving, you can decorate it with the lemon peel.

ENJOY!
