Healthy Fruit Delight
Fast and healthy- perfect for dessert/breakfast!
1. A 6oz Yoplait Yogurt (Mixed Berry works well)
2. An Apple

 

1. Chop up apple into small pieces about the size of a dime.
2. Pour the whole container of yogurt over the top of the apples in a small bowl.
3. Mix together yogurt and apples and enjoy.
