Decadent Chocolate Truffles

3 cups (18oz.) Semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 14oz. can Eagle Original or Creamy Chocolate Sweetened Condensed Milk
1 Tbls. vanilla
Assorted coating-sprinkles, cocoa, powdered sugar, etc.
Miniature Muffin Papers and decorative box, if desired

In a large saucepan, melt chips with milk until smooth. Remove from heat, stir in vanilla. Pour into bowl, cover, and refrigerate until firm, about 2-3 hours. Shape into 1 inch balls, roll in desired coating. To give as a gift, place in muffin papers and arrange in a decorative box (such as a heart-shaped box). Seal tightly and keep refrigerated!
