Chocolate Tiffin
1 pack of digestive biscuits
1 tabelspoon of golden syrup or maple syrup
140g of margerine
1 tablespoon of sugar
1 tabelspoon of coaco
1 Bar of cooking chocolate

 

1. Crush the Digestive biscuits in a bowl.
2. Melt together the Margerine Syrup coaco and Sugar in a saucepan on a low heat.
3. Add to the crushed Digestives
4. Press mixture down in to 2 cake tins
5. set in fridge
6. Melt the chocolate and top the base.
7. Set in freezer for 1 hour.
Best served straight from the fridge!!!
