Chocolate Cream Pudding
Easy cream to prepare
4 ounces Maïzena
7 ounces baking chocolate
4 cups milk

 

Step 1
Break chocolate into pieces and place in a glass bowl. Melt it using a bain-marie. Place the bowl in a saucepan containing simmering water. Stir occasionally.
Step 2
When is melted, remove from the heat and gradually add Maïzena. Mix well and add the milk.
Step 3
In a medium saucepan over medium heat, cook the mixture. Stir constantly. It will become thick.
Step 4
Remove from the heat. Let cool and pour into Ramekins.
