Bubble Cake
Rhodes Frozen Bread Dough or Cinnamon Rolls
1 cup melted butter
1 cup brown sugar
3 TBSPN Cinnamon , if using bread dough
1 cup crushed walnuts or pecans
1 cup Carmel sauce


Thaw 12 bread or cinnamon rolls ( I use the Texas sized rolls)
Once thawed, but still cold, cut into quarters
Dip into melted butter
Roll into brown sugar
( Add cinnamom to brown sugar if using bread dough)
Drop into a well greased bundt pan making layers, adding nuts, if desired, inbetween layers
Drizzle caramel sauce over top layer
Let rise until double in size
Bake on 350 degrees for 40 minutes
Remove from oven and allow to sit 5 minutes
Invert Bubble Cake onto platter

Preparation Time: 30 Minutes Serves: 8-10
