Yum Yum Peanut Butter Cookies

1 cup softend butter
1 cup creamy peanut butter
1 cup packed light brown sugar
1 cup granulated sugar
2 1/2 cup all purpose flour
1 1/2 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt.(optional)
1 1/2 tsp vanilla
2 eggs

1. Heat oven to 350
2. Mix flour, baking soda, and salt. Set aside.
3. Mix butter, peanut butter, and sugars until creamy.
4. Add eggs and vanilla. Mix well.
5. Stir in dry ingredients.(dough will be wet).
6. Roll dough into 1 inch balls and place 2 inches apart on ungreased cookie sheet.
7. Press down the top in opposite directions with a fork.
8. Bake 8 to 10 minutes or until golen brown. For firmer cookies add 2 to 3 minutes to bake time.
