Old Fashion Cookies
makes 30 to 40 biscuits |

2 Heaped cups of flour
1 Heaped tsp of baking powder
170 grams of mixed fruit
1 cup of sugar
1 tsp of vanillia essence
250 grams of butter
1tsp cinamon
a pinch of salt
one egg
|
1) Cream butter and sugar
2) Add the egg and cream the mixture again
3) Add the essence siffted dry ingredients and fruit
4) Scoop out tsp ammounts of the mixture roll into balls and place of a greased oven tray, pat out with a floured fork
5) Bake each tray in a moderate oven for about 20 mins or until light brown.
