No Bake Cookies

2 cups sugar
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup baking cocoa
1 stick margarine
3 cups rolled oats
1/2 cup peanut butter (creamy)
1 tsp. vanilla
|
Put oats, peanut butter and vanilla in a bowl.
Put Aluminum foil on the counter.
Then in a medium saucepan put the sugar, milk, margarine and baking cocoa. Bring the mixture to a boil over medium heat. Keep stirring for 2 minutes.
When the cooking time is up turn off the heat and add oats, peanut butter and vanilla and mix well.
Spoon out the cookie mixture on the Aluminum foil. Let the cookies cool.
