Easiest Peanut Butter Cookies Ever

1 Cup peanut butter
1 Cup sugar
1 large egg
fork
|
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix all ingredients until coated evenly. Take cookie dough and make little balls, place on ungreased cookie sheet about an inch apart. Make an 'x' on the top of the cookie with the fork. Bake cookies in the oven for 5-8 minutes. DO NOT overbake. Take the cookies out, they will be soft, and let stand for 10 minutes. Cookies will harden after they cool.
