Chocolate Rice Krispy Treats
Classical Marshmallow Krispies in Chocolate!
1 6oz. pkg. chocolate chips
1/2 cup peanut butter or you may prefer using 2 1/4 cups miniature Marshmallows
3 1/2 cups Rice Krispies
1 pkg. Chocolate (for topping)
1/2 cup confectioners/icing sugar
2 Tbls. butter
1 Tbls. water


Melt together the chocolate chips and peanut butter (or marshmallows). Add 1/2 the Rice Krispies. Put half of this mixture into a buttered pan. Cool.

After mixture is cool, melt topping chocolate, powdered sugar, butter and water.

Spread on top of Rice Krispies mixture. Spread rest of mixture on top and chill in refrigerator until ready to cut.

Preparation Time: 10-15 minutes Serves: 4-6
