Chocolate Macadamia Nut Oatmeal Cookies
Delicious!
1 pkg. white cake mix
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 cup quick-cooking oats
1/2 cup butter, melted
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1 1/2 cups coarsely chopped macadamia nuts
1 1/2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chunks or chips

 

1. In a large bowl, combine cake mix, flour, oats, melted butter, eggs, and vanilla. Beat on low speed for 1 minute or just until smooth. Stir in nuts and cholate chunks.

2. Drop dough by rounded tablespoonfuls onto prepared sheets. Bake 10 to 15 minutes or until light golden. Cool 1 minute on wire racks or until firm on baking sheets then remove to racks and cool completely.
