Chocolate, Oat and Coconut Slices
1 cup plain flour
1 cup desiccated coconut
1 cup oats
1/2 cup sugar
3 tablespoons cocoa
5 oz. margarine
2 tablespoons syrup
cooking chocolate for topping

 

Mix dry ingredients in large bowl. Melt together syrup and margarine in pan. Pour melted ingredients into bowl and mix thoroughly.

Press mixture into baking tin so that it is around 1-1.5 cm thick. Place in fridge.

Melt cooking chocolate, add as topping for mixture and place back in fridge.

You can sprinkle some coconut on top and place slices into cake cases if it's for guests. I don't bother if I'm eating them all myself!

Serve in slices from the fridge.
