Yummy Potato Casserole
1 bag shredded frozen hash browns, thawed
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 16oz. container sour cream
1 bag shredded sharp cheddar cheese
1 onion, finely chopped
1 medium sized bag potato chips
1 stick butter
paprika (optional)


 

Combine hash browns, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, cheese, and onion. Mix well together. Place mixture in baking pan.

Topping:
Smash up potato chips and pour melted butter over them; mix well together.

Top off potato mixture with chips and sprinkle with paprika.

Cover with aluminum foil and bake at 350 degrees F. for an hour.
