Quick Chicken Curry
Very Easy to Make!
750g boned chicken thighs
3 tablespoons ghee or oil
1 large onion - thinly sliced
1 teaspoon mashed garlic & giner
1 cinnamon stick, bay leaves, cloves, and cardamoms
2 dried chillies
1 tablespoon ground coriander
1/2 turmeric pepper
lemon juice.


1. Brown the chicken in ghee or oil, remove and set aside.

2. Fry the onion until golden brown, add garlic, ginger, cinnamon, bay leaves, cloves, cardamoms and chillies and fry for 2 minutes, stirring. Add ground spices and pepper.

3. Return the chicken and water to barely cover. Cover the pan and simmer for about 40 minutes until the chicken is very tender.

4. Add lemon juice and salt to taste.
