Hog Slop Casserole
A Tasty Casserole in Less Than an Hour! |

1 can Cream of Mushroom Soup
1 can Cream of Brocolli Soup
1 can Rotel Tomatoes
1 small bag Frozen Chopped Broccoli
1 small bag Frozen Sweet Peas
Enough for 6 - Mashed Potatoes (Instant is fine)
2 lbs Hamburger Meat

Brown the hamburger meat in a large skillet. Drain.
Make the mashed potatoes.
Steam the vegetables (microwave is fine).
Mix everything except the mashed potatoes into the skillet and stir until evenly mixed. Pour into the 9 x 13.
Evenly spread mashed potatoes over the top.
Bake 40 minutes, uncovered, at 350 degrees F.
Enjoy!
