Chicken Vegetable Bake
Quick and Easy Meal!
1 lb. bag frozen broccoli/carrot mix
1 can water chestnuts
1 can (13oz) chicken
1 small onion, chopped fine
2 eggs
3/4 cup shredded cheese
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 Tbls. mayo (optional)
1 Tbls. butter, not margarine
1/2 sleeve Townhouse crackers(crumbled fine)
butter flavor nonstick cooking spray
pinch salt
pinch garlic powder (optional)
1/4 tsp. black pepper


Microwave or steam broccoli/carrot
mix and water chestnuts until tender. Do not overcook.

Combine all ingredients, except the crackers, mix well. Pour evenly into a sprayed baking dish.

Cover top with cracker crumbs and spray the top evenly with a butter flavor cooking spray.

Bake 30 minutes at 325 degrees F.

Cauliflower for water chestnuts

Any cream of vegetable soup for the mushroom soup

Any butter flavor cracker for Townhouse brand.
