Broccoli Casserole Dish

2 10oz. packages frozen chopped broccoli
2 10.75oz. cans cream of mushroom soup
2 cups of Instant Rice
3/4 chopped onion
1/4 cup butter
1 16oz. jar processed cheese
Sauce salt to taste
Ground black pepper to taste

Cook rice as directed on box.
Saute the onions in butter until done.
Cook broccoli as directed on package and drain.
Mix broccoli, soup, rice, onion, butter, and cheese. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Place in a 9x13 inch ovenproof dish. Bake for 30 to 40 minutes at 350 degrees F. (175 degrees C).
