Quick and Easy Microwave Fudge

1 1lb. box Powdered Sugar
1/2 cup Hershey's baking Cocoa
1 cube butter
1/4 cup milk
1 Tbls. Vanilla
1/2 cup nuts, optional
1/2 cup marshmellows, optional

Sift powdered sugar and cocoa into a glass mixing bowl. Place butter in center of sifted sugar/cocoa.
Add milk over the butter creating a lake around butter. Place in Microwave for 2 1/2 minutes. Remove and stir, immediatly adding vanilla.
Add Nuts and/or marshmellows.
This can be a 2 person job. Fudge will set very quickly if done correctly. Pour into a glass cooking or pie plate that has been sprayed with cooking oil. Place into Refrigerator for 45 minutes.
Remove, cut and serve.
