Hysonith Cookies
A Light & Fluffy Cake
150gr Butter
12oz. Chocolate Chips
1 egg
100gr choco powder
150gr plain flour
4 tsp. baking powder
1 small multiple cake tin (greased)


Mix the flour, butter and sugar in until nice and doughy.

Add the egg, mix in until very sticky.

Add the choco powder and the baking powder. (Add more flour if wished).

Mix all together until you have a sticky (NOT RUNNY) mixture.

Pour in generous spoonfuls of the mixture into each section of the cake tin.

Cook on gas mark 5-6 for approximately 15-20 minutes until firm on the outside and soft and fluffy on the inside.
