Chocolate Cake with Nuts
Delicious, Rich Chocolate Cake
6 eggs
1 cup sugar
1 Tbls. flour
150 gram ground nuts (grind them)
200 gram dark chocolate (grind it)
For the icing:
100 gram dark chocolate, broken into little pieces
50 gram butter
3 Tbls. powder sugar (icing powder)
1/4 cup of water
baking pan 26 cm in diameter

 

Preparation:
Preheat the oven to medium heat (180 Celcius). In a mixer, mix the eggs very slowly, and once foam begins to form, slowly add the sugar while mixing. Keep mixing together until the mixture is light in colour and well mixed.

In a bowl, mix the flour, nuts, and chocolate (the ground one), and once mixed, slowly add this mixture into the eggs and sugar. Mix the two together.

Pour the mixture into the baking pan and bake for about 45 minutes. Once baked, chill the cake. (do not refrigerate).

To prepare the Icing:
In a small pan, put all of the icing ingredients, and mix on low heat until everything is mixed together (do not allow to boil).

Pour the prepared icing on top of the cool cake. You can also draw random shapes with the icing on top of the cake.

P.S If wanted, you can also decorate the cake with wipped cream. Enjoy!
