Best Carrot Cake

2 cups flour
2 cups sugar
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. soda
Add- 1 1/2 cups oil
4 eggs
1/2 cup chopped nuts (optional)
3 cups of grated carrot's
FROSTING
8ox cream cheese
1/4 cup of butter
2 tsp. vanilla
1 box powdered sugar

Mix first five ingredients together.
Add the oil, eggs, nuts, and carrot.
Bake at 350 degree's for 45 min. Let set till cool, and then put on the frosting. I hope all of you enjoy this as much as my family and myself have. Enjoy!!
