Seth's Fluffzilla Pancakes
Mega Fluffy Pancakes
3/4 Cup All Purpose Flour
1 Tablespoon Baking Powder
1 Tablespoon Brown Sugar
1 Tablespoon White Sugar
1/4 Teaspoon Salt
1/2 Cup Milk
2 Eggs
1 Tablespoon Vegetable Oil
1 Tablespoon Vanilla


Mix all dry ingredients in a large bowl.
Add in all wet ingredients and mix until
all dry ingredients have vanished and mixture
is consistent in texture. (Brown sugar chunks
may remain visible but that is okay - just do
your best). Pour batter into pan on medium heat
and make pancakes about 6 inches in diameter.
Buttering the pan shouldn't be necessary and often
makes the first couple of pancakes inconsistent in
cooking times relative to the rest so it isn't
recommended. However, buttering the pancakes after
cooked is necessary in my opinion =) You should
flip the pancakes just a moment after the bottom side
has become hard enough to support so. Depending on
your oven this may only take about half a minute so
don't go leaving your food alone! When done you should
have about 5 yummy pancakes ready for butter and maple
syrup, not to mention your tummy.
