Ham and Egg Brunch
Make the Night Before!
6-7 slices bread, cubed
2 cups precooked ham, cubed
2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded
4 eggs
1 3/4 cup milk
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 tsp. salt
1 Tbls. grated onion
1/4 lb. butter

 

Grease a 9x13 pan. Pat cubed bread into bottom of pan. Top with a layer of ham. Then top with a layer of cheese.

Beat together the eggs, milk, dry mustard, salt and onion. Pour over the whole pan. Melt the butter and pour on top.

Cover and refrigerate overnight.

Uncover to bake at 325 degrees F. for one hour.
