							Eggs in Treepodia style

							5 Tbsp. canola oil 3 eggs 4 garlic cloves, minced 4 tomatoes 1.5 tsp. paprika salt  and the secret - 1 tsp. ground caraway

							 Place large frying pan over high heat, add oil and heat. Add garlic and saute until lightly browned. Add tomatoes and simmer on high heat for 5 minutes - make sure you mix occasionally. Add paprika,salt and caraway. Stir for 1 minute. Gently crack eggs into pan, making sure not to break yolks. Simmer until whites solidify but yolks remain runny. Eat with a lot of bread yammmi!
