Egg Pancake
A Delicious Start to a Wonderful Morning!
1 chopped Onion
1 cup chopped green, red and yellow capsicum
1 cup flour
1 tsp. baking soda
6 eggs
1 cup milk
1 tsp. red chilli powder
1 tsp. salt


Beat the eggs until light and fluffy. Add milk to it and mix it thoroughly. Add the vegetables to it. Mix the flour and baking powder separately.

Fold the flour into the egg mixture carefully so that no lumps form. Mix in the chili powder and the salt. Pour it in a greased baking dish.

Preheat the oven at 200 degrees C. Put the mixture inside and reset the oven at 200 degree C. for 20 minutes. Cook till the pancake is done.
