Crepes
Plain Crepes
2 Eggs
2/3 Plain Flour
1 Cup Milk
1 Tbsp. vanilla

 

Add milk and eggs to a blender, turn on blender and slowly add flour. Mix until smooth.

Cook on a flat pan over high heat. Add butter or oil to the pan to prevent sticking.
