Classic Pancakes
These Pancakes are Fluffy and Healthy!
2 cups flour
1 tsp. salt
1 Tbls. sugar
2 tsp. baking powder
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1 Tbls. melted butter
2 cups milk


Sift together the flour, salt, sugar, and baking powder.

Add eggs, vanilla extract, and melted butter into the bowl that has the dry ingredients. Now blend that together while gradually adding all the milk into the mixture.

Fry on a lightly oiled pan. The size of the pancake can be any size but should be about 1 - 1 1/2 cm thick.

Flip the pancakes when the edges are dry and the top is bubbling.
