Broccoli, Ham, and Cheese Breakfast Casserole
A Delicious Twist to Breakfast Casseroles!
6-8 slices bread, crusts removed
3/4 pound shredded ham
1/2 pound Swiss cheese, sliced
2 10oz. packages chopped broccoli, thawed, drained
6 eggs, beaten
2 cups heavy cream
3 Tbls. chopped chives
Salt and Pepper, to taste


Butter a 9x13 pan. Place bread slices in the bottom. Layer on the shredded ham, cheese, and broccoli. Mix the eggs with the cream, chives, salt, and pepper. Pour over the casserole. Refrigerate overnight.
Bake at 375 degrees for 40 minutes, watching closely after 30 minutes until done!
