GINGER GARLIC PASTE

 

CHOP ONIONS LENGHTWISE
CHOP THE TOMATO,CORIANDER LEAF, CHILLI INTO SMALL PIECES
POUR OIL IN FRYING PAN THEN ADD CHOPPED ONIONS AND GINGER GARLIC PASTE FRY IT
ADD TOMATO ALONG WITH THE CORIANDER LEAF, CHIILI & SALT
LET IT COOK UNTIL THE TOMATOES GET COMPLETELY DISSOLVED
THEN ADD EGGS AND BLEND IT QUICKLY.
COOK TILL THE BHUJIA TURNS GOLDEN BROWN
GARNISH WITH DESI GHEE/BUTTER
