Aaron's Greek Breakfast Burrito
A New Delicious Treat
2 eggs
Hummus
Chopped Onions
Minced Garlic
milk (optional)
Spinach
Pita Bread

 

Mix all ingredients except for the hummus in a small bowl with a fork. Scramble eggs. Prepare a Pita how you like (grilled, nuked, it doesn't really matter). Spread hummus on the pita and add the eggs to make the breakfast burrito. This is a very liberal recipe; tweaks for personal preference is expected.
