Whole Wheat Pizza Dough
1 1/2 cups white flour
3/4 cup wheat flour
1 cup warm water
2 Tbls. or 2 pkg yeast
1 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
2 Tbls. olive oil


Add yeast to warm water, sugar, and salt. Set aside 5 minutes, then add the flour. Mix well. Pour oil over dough and knead slightly. Cover and raise 15-20 minutes. Sprinkle greased pizza pan with cornmeal. Roll out dough, place on pan. Bake @ 375 for 20 min. Let cool. Top with your favorite sauce and toppings. Bake at 475 degrees for 15-20 minutes.
