Wheat Sticks with Almonds and Coconut
Flat Sweet Bread
4 cups Whole Wheat Flour
1 cup Water
1/4 cup Sunflower Oil
3 Tbls. Honey or Molasses
1 1/2 tsp. Salt
1/4 cup finely chopped Almonds
1/4 to 1/3 cup shredded Coconut

 

Put water, sweetner, and oil with salt in mixing bowl. Stir to disolve salt. Add coconut and almonds. Mix and add flour mix into dough. Cut into two 1-lb. parts.

Roll out 1/8-inch thin onto cookie sheets. Bake 10-15 min. at 325 degrees F. Allow to cool and cut into pieces according to taste.

Great snack out on a hike. Serve with veggies fresh from the garden.

Try with a bowl of soup or fruit salad!
