Lemon Poppy Bread

1 lemon cake mix
1 package instant lemon pudding
4 eggs
1 cup water
1/2 cup vegetable oil
2 Tbls. poppy seeds
|
Mix together all ingredients and pour into 2 large greased loaf pans or a 9x13 greased cake pan. Bake at 350F for 40-45 minutes or until toothpick inserted into center of pan comes out clean.
